PHYSICAL EXAMS
ALL band & colorguard students must have a current physical exam on file in order to participate. This must be done EVERY YEAR. It is a requirement of both the Pasadena Independent School District and UIL. Students will not be permitted to particpate in any marching band or colorguard rehearsal until completed.
Physicals for the upcoming school year are due:
AUGUST 1
Due to COVID-19, physical exams are due by the first outdoor rehearsal your student attends!
NOTE: There are two steps to completing the process - students will not be cleared to participate until BOTH steps are completed:
Step 1: Complete Physical Exam
This may be done on-campus or at a doctor of your choosing. Students MUST use the official PISD Physical Exam Form - it is the only physical exam form that will be accepted. Click HERE to download and print from home, or you may request a hard copy from your student's campus.

Completed physical forms should be turned in to any of the band directors. If you completed your physical on-campus, we will obtain a copy from the athletic department. Your exam form must be SIGNED and STAMPED by your physician or it will not be accepted. The same physical exam is good for BOTH band and athletics!!!
Step 2: Additional Documents
All additional documents will be completed online via Rank One Sports. If you already have a Rank One account for your student, please log in and complete all required documents for the new school year.
